Festive Glass Decorations

Join Helen on the craft centre’s Christmas season launch day and get into the festive spirit by making your own set of glass decorations!
You will be shown the process of making hand-cut paper stencils to print geometric and repeat patterns. Alternatively, you can choose from a selection of stamps or create your own freehand design. Helen will demonstrate how to apply coloured and metallic enamels and add texture and sparkle to your piece with fused glass detail.
You can choose to make three decorations which can be round or diamond shaped.
After the session, your decorations will be kiln-fired and have any fixings added. They will be ready within a few weeks, in time for Advent! Pieces can be collected from the studio or posted which can be paid for on the day of the workshop.

Suitable for anyone aged 14+ from complete beginners to those with some experience in printing or fused glass. Tickets include all materials, tea coffee and biscuits on the day and kiln firings after the workshop.
