Katherine will be running a free fun clay play session. Have a go at building your own part of a large clay sculpture. You will first draw what you want to make, then get to work shaping and building the piece. Learn how to shape and join pieces of clay using different tools to make your masterpiece. This will then be added to a larger clay shape, to form one giant clay sculpture. Katherine has a range of longer workshops and her ceramic pieces are on sale in Studio 5 on the ground floor.
This is a messy activity so please wear appropriate clothing (aprons will be provided). Children must be accompanied by an adult. Suitable for ages 3+. All clay and tools will be provided. Please arrive 10 minutes before your session to allow time for drawing and putting aprons on.
